The Family Place
Many of our families have been supported with multi-disciplinary assessments funded through the Adoption Support Fund applied for through post adoption support. This in turn provides a comprehensive report of needs that can support the family, support the School, inform robust EHCP applications and provide information for other funding sources.
The team specialises in providing tailored interventions for families and their support networks.
Somerset Equus Equine Therapy
Offering a number of packages in a therapeutic environment combining support, guidance and coaching to children and young people experiencing social, emotional and behavioural issues.
These sessions are built around the child or young person’s social and emotional needs.
Children and young people can be referred for specific, identified pieces of work which may require a more intensive intervention. This can be discussed and agreed at the point of referral.
